The BidBoard team is on call during your events to make sure that your events go off without a hitch. We’re here to answer questions and assist with any technical issues you may run into. Please see our FAQ page on minimum requirements for the BidBoard system to make sure that you have the optimal setup to use the platform.

Pay Per Event

BidBoard does not require any kind of subscription or auction performance percentage as payment. Simply create your auction, and you will be prompted to pay $500 for your event when you want to make your auction live. That’s it. If you want to run another auction, you can use your admin account to create a new event and you’ll simply make another $500 payment. You can run as many events as you wish, it really is that simple.

Auction Analytics

Running a mobile silent auction makes analyzing your event’s performance super simple. The BidBoard system comes complete with an admin dashboard that allows event organizers to see and export event performance. Admins can easily see the number of items sold, the highest grossing items, and the number of attendees who did and did not participate in silent auction bidding. Having this data makes planning your next auction a breeze and guarantees each event is even more successful than the next one.

Automatic Upgrades

The BidBoard platform and app are constantly being updated based on user experience modifications and user feedback. We welcome your opinions on the system, and we want to provide you with the best experience possible. Because the BidBoard system is cloud-based, your BidBoard admin panel will automatically update when we release new versions of the system, and it’s all included in your account.
